Life at The Pond 4th wall break.
Here is the review of the 4th wall-breaking Life at The Pond episode.
Above all the moral is good (Do something to the best of your ability) the storytelling is unique, however, this episode throws into question the wrong things the animals do.
1. Okay so the Narrator just throws around random cliches, but then says that he only says what the Writer tells him to say. Therefore, seeing that the Narrator has not gone off script here does that mean the Writer told him to say that?
2. If the animals only play/say their part do they have free will? Or since the animals may be able to make their own decisions and go off script are they making those choices?
3. These animals know they are in a story!!
4. Does the Narrator have all power? He can go off-script when he wants to, cause the animals to fall in puddles, and transport them to a new town.
The animals know they are actors and know that they're teaching kids which is interesting. Also, they meet a writer for Jungle Jam and Floyd says he like to listen which is interesting. Also on one last note, a guy named Nathan is going out to eat with the Jungle Jam writer and invites The Pond writer which could have been Nathan Hoobler or Nathan Carlson from Jungle Jam. There was an episode where Connie, Eugene, and Whit come and kind of introduce a Jungle Jam Episode.

Sin doesn’t go away on it’s own. Somebody has to pay for it. Who could it be? God knew there was only one choice: His own Son Jesus. Jesus came to earth and did something we could never do: He obeyed perfectly. He never messed up. He never even had a bad thought. But He still took the horrible punishment for sin by dying on the cross. God put all of His anger on Jesus. Jesus didn’t deserve that! Why did He take the punishment for something He didn’t do? He did it so that you and I don’t have to. You mean we don’t have to pay for our own sins? Now that’s GOOD NEWS!
He takes our bad out and puts His good in. Do you still mess up sometimes? Me too. But now we can have something we didn’t have before: forgiveness! Pray and ask God to forgive your sins because of what Jesus did. Instead of being guilty you’ll be forgiven. Now that’s not just good news – that’s the BEST news! Do you know how to look up verses in your Bible? Give these a try to read more about the best news ever.
